Truly Thankful
Thanksgiving is in just a few days, and this time of year causes me to reflect extra in what I am thankful for – both big and small. We live in a broken world with free-will, but it is humbling to realize that we are all alive and able to make a positive difference. Choose to be good. Choose to be thankful and grateful. Choose to be a light in the darkness. Instill positivity wherever you go, so that you continue spreading goodness into the world.
Below are 11 things that I am celebrating and grateful beyond measure for.
1. My ever-growing relationship with God and my angels
2. My family, friends, and I’s health
3. Abby, Carol, and Brandi – my best friends and roommates, who have been such rocks to me during this season of transition
4. Texts, calls, and visits from my family and friends who live near and far
5. Palm trees – a daily reminder that I live in paradise and minutes from the beach
6. Deke’s in Delray – the best local coffee shop
7. The ability to work and pursue my Master’s degree remotely
8. Moving from the top of the east coast to the bottom of the east coast with the help of family and friends, and loving the current chapter I am in
9. Improving my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and health
10. Getting back into reading and becoming immersed into storylines and characters
11. All of YOU! My readers and supporters of my blog mean more to me than you will ever know
What are you most thankful for? I am wishing you all a healthy and blessed Thanksgiving and holiday season. Take care of yourself and fill your cup, so that you have the energy to be there for all of those around you. Cheers!
Remember to stay humble and kind, always!
