Protect Your Energy

It has been on my heart this past year to truly prioritize protecting my energy. Through maturing over the years, my mindset has completely shifted. Wasting my breath or energy on situations that do not serve me well with pure intentions for my journey and purpose is not worth my time. I have learned to protect my energy and pour it out to people and situations that only add value to my life.

Weakness and fear is so apparent when sticking in situations or surrounding yourself with people who have comfortably been in your life for a while. Often times we feel that we should not rock the boat and change our routines and relationships. Although is it fair to yourself to surround yourself around negative energy? No. When you understand your own worth, no one can rob you of your happiness. You should never compromise your time to those who do not respect it.

Do not force anyone to be on the same page as you. The ones who are on the same wavelength as you and share the same high morals, values, and standards as you, will fall perfectly into place alongside your journey, and bring you such joy. I have been so proud of myself for choosing to prioritize my happiness and giving my energy to those who match mine.

Our words, thoughts, and intentions are so powerful and truly pave the way for how we live our lives, so it is important to not talk negatively about yourself either. Self-love is the foundation to a pure and loving energy to embrace and continue to build and grow. I encourage you to clear, cancel, and release anything that is not serving you, and make room for positivity, love, and harmony.

It is those who do not want to celebrate your wins, or try and steal your spotlight that will cause you unnecessary doubt and hurt. Never let anything or anyone dull your sparkle. You are here on this earth for a divine purpose and are meant to shine and be a light in this world. Do not get hung up on the little things because life is so much more than the minor distractions and worries that we let cloud our minds. Stand tall with a loving heart. Protect your energy and exude it to those who are worth it. Be the light in a world full of shadows and all the bliss and peace will follow.
